EXHIBITION ‘DAVID HAMPTON – A RETROSPECTIVE’
We are delighted to launch our second exhibition of David Hampton’s wonderful paintings. The works have all been chosen from David’s personal collection, many of which have never been shown before.

This is a unique opportunity to explore David’s artistic journey through the paintings he chose to keep. Some of the works date from the 1950s, just after he left the Royal College of Art . Each decade shows a subtle shift in style and palette. The 1970’s were a prolific period, with bolder colour and a freer style. Later on David worked mainly in acrylic & enjoyed the bright neons available.

FRAMING – many of the paintings for sale are unframed & have been priced accordingly. We can frame in house using simple wooden tray frames.
